About Babybub

Babybub is a maternity pillow brand focused on improving sleep and comfort for expecting mothers. Their products provide essential support during pregnancy, but their website wasn’t fully optimized to convert visitors into buyers. With strong demand and traffic, they saw an opportunity to improve their online shopping experience and increase revenue.

The Challenge

Before working with us, Babybub had never run a structured CRO program. While their site attracted high traffic, they weren’t maximizing conversions. Many visitors weren’t seeing the most compelling offers or content, leading to missed revenue. Babybub needed a data-driven approach to optimize their funnel and turn more visitors into paying customers.

We implemented a research-backed CRO strategy focused on high-impact tests instead of small, low-value tweaks. By analyzing visitor behavior and sales patterns, we identified key areas for improvement and ran A/B tests designed to drive meaningful revenue growth.

Among the successful tests we ran:

Bundle Upsell (+7.93% Revenue per Visitor)

Most visitors landed on the single-product page, unaware that bundle options existed. Since bundles offered better value and higher AOV, we tested adding a prominent bundle upsell on the PDP, framing it as a smart choice with savings and convenience.

This led to a 7.93% increase in revenue per visitor, proving that many shoppers were willing to buy more—they just needed a clear, well-placed nudge.

Babybub’s Instagram was packed with UGC, signaling a strong opportunity to leverage social proof. We tested adding a dedicated UGC section on the product page, featuring an Instagram-story-style carousel where each video was clickable, opening in full-screen for a more immersive experience.

This test reinforced trust, reduced hesitation, and gave visitors proof that real moms loved the product. The result? A 10.48% increase in revenue per visitor, proving that well-placed UGC isn’t just for branding—it directly drives conversions.
